The Coastside Volunteer Firefighters, consisting of approximately 21 members, is an auxiliary organization to the Coastside Fire Protection District. Established by the authority of the Coastside Fire Protection District, and is under the direction of the Fire Chief.
The objectives of this organization are to operate within the boundaries of the Coastside Fire Protection District as a supplemental force to the regular paid department and to operate as a trained unit for suppression and non-suppression situations.
The Coastside Volunteers participate in rigorous training that is well organized. They respond to many emergencies and are utilized fully.
Coastside Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Coastside Fire Protection District

other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.

The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best
practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
